Who is responsible for your data
Theo Bergthal, operating the Avelridge Technologies project, handles enquiries sent through the contact email. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect and why
The contact form prepares an email in your own email application; it does not submit your details to a form server. We receive the details only when you send that email: your name, work email, company, company size, preferred language and the description of your workflow. We use them to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to prepare a fit assessment or proposal.
Legal basis
Your consent when you send an enquiry, and the steps needed before entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your enquiry. If no working relationship follows, we delete it within 12 months. If one does, we keep it for the period required by law.
Who can see it
Our team and the providers needed to deliver the website and email. The website is hosted by Cloudflare; incoming email is forwarded by Cloudflare to Gmail. These providers may process technical or email data internationally. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, or object to its processing, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.
Cookie policy
This website does not use tracking, advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not load fonts or scripts from third parties. Your browser may keep technical data to display the site correctly. Cloudflare processes connection information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the website.
If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.
